Sam you are loved and missed so deeply.  Sam you are in my heart and soul. 
You will always be thought and loved with all our hearts. We will never forget that night when you had that tragic accident where a drunk driver killed you, you gave us such joy and happiness in our lives you gave me a reason to live for I will never forget you.
